Your connection is not secure

I just hate it when everything is working and then out of the blue something goes haywire. Went to my banking icon to bring up my account and got "Your connection is not secure, etc" Been using this shortcut for years. Also can't search in any engine using Firefox. Get the same message. OS Windows 10. Bitdefender 2018. Although can't seem to blame Bitdefender because I disabled it and still get problem.

 

Maybe a bank problem??? What did they say when you called them?

 

Have you tried clearing your cache and rebooting?

 

Had nothing to do with Bank. Got same error on any website including this one. Had to go through Chrome. Finally, created new Profile which seemed to cure the problem, yet still don't know what really caused it.

 

Yes, did all the normal things I could think of.
