I have set up a home network between my W98SE computer and my wife's WinXP computer. Thw W98SE is the "server" because it's the PC with the dial-up internet connection. The network works fine and both PCs can "see" the other via "My Network Places" or "Network Neighborhood ". I'm using a Compaq 5 port 10/100 hub.

Although ICS is enabled on both machines, my wife's PC (the client) won't connect to the internet using my (the server's) connection. I've run the internet connection and network wizards until I'm blue in the face to no avail. What am I missing?? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks Newt,

I'll check out the links you suggested. I finally got everything working by switching WinXP to server mode and W98 to client mode. Although, I'd rather have it the other way around.
