Yes/No Cell Values in Excel 2007 Ultimate

    So, I'm using Excel '07 Ultimate, and I have a form where I need several cells that need a Yes/No value. I'd like to have a real checkbox that reflects the value. Maybe like 1 column would be "Yes ", and the 1 to the right would be "No ", with a checkbox in each column, that when checked reflects a value that can be used in a formula. For example, if "Yes" is checked a value of 30 is added to another cell.
