    Greetings.

Im useing 98SE, yahoo messenger ver. 5.5 (i think).

Every couple days, I empty my windows/temp folder. But I always find several "ad" images, like small banners.
    Example: austinpowers.bmp, miller.bmp,
nokia.bmp, purinadogs.bmp. These images, I found out from trial and error of what program causes them, get into my temp folder every time I log into messenger. I have to delete them each time.

Does anyone know how I can prevent this from happining or where the hell they are coming from??

These bmp files are a part of Yahoo messenger. Nothing you can do about them appearing, unless you quit using Yahoo messenger. If you were on messenger, and wanted to use one of the IM enviroments, these images are used in the menu as one of the choices of the IM. They change over time due to Yahoo's advertising accounts.
