I use Thunderbird 2.0 for my email and I know there is a way to get mt Yahoo email account to download into it, but can't figure it out. Can somebody help?
    Thanks in advance.

I have never tried "broni's" way, but I know that it is possible, and I have set up Yahoo and Myway mail as pseudo-pop accounts. In first place, it is necessary to download and install freePOP , a free software which allows one to set up webmail accounts in Thunderbird, Seamonkey, and, possible all sort of mail. The account is set up as a POP account, with "localhost" as server (no quotation marks. The username is the entire address, i.e. username@yahoo.com, and I use port 2000. No SSL, or stuff like that. It has worked like a charm.
As for sending, my ISP sends "foreign" mail, so I don't have to set up a SMTP.
