Resolved XP User Accounts

    I have 2 user accounts on my PC, when I log out of one account and on to the other all programs in the initial account close down even tho the 'Use Welcome Screen' and 'Use Fast User Switching' options have been selected. What am I missing

    Instead of logging out - select switch users.

    I do select 'Switch Users', but if the other account is logged in to within about 10 minutes the initial account is logged off and all programs closed down
