XP Stop: Error Message!!!!! HELP!

    I had XP installed (successfully) on my machine and recently tried to upgrade my SCSI hard disk. All was going fine and appeared great until suddenly on reboot I was greated by a big blue screen with the following error message:

    STOP: 0X0000007B (0XF8FE7640,0XC0000034,0X00000000,0X00000000)

    Can't get machine to boot from HD at all, have tried replacing controller card and put original HD back in but no success.

    Can anyone help please!
