    Open Windows Explorer.
    Navigate to: C:\Windows\Minidump folder.
If you see any .dmp files, zip all of them, and upload zipped file here: http://www.filedropper.com/
    Post download link.

There are only two dmp files, and the outcome is little bit inconclusive.

The type of errors: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, and PFN_LIST_CORRUPT would indicate RAM problem, but there is also KmxFile.sys (part of CA firewall) listed at fault.

    Start with...

If you have more than one RAM module installed, try starting computer with one RAM stick at a time.
If you have only one RAM stick installed...
    ...run memtest: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic62524.html

O.K. I took out a matched set of 2gb ram. Still running 1gb(most likely not enough). Computer starts fine. Was wondering if you think the ram I removed is bad or is it possible the problem lies in the mother board. If you think its the ram itself then I will just get a new kit. Thanks again.

You still can run memtest on each stick.

    Unfortunately ......
The only satisfactory way of testing RAM is to test the installed RAM in various configurations. If you have a single module swap it around the slots. If you have a pair of modules run each one singly, swapping between slots; then run them in pairs swapping between pairs of slots. If you have 2 sets of matched modules do not get them mixed up

As near as I can tell the problem was being caused by a bad stick of ram. Played with the configurations and found one that leaves me with 2 gb and the system seems stable upon start up. Mark this one resolved and thanks again for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated!!!

I am still suffering start up issues with my computer. I removed some ram and at first this seemed to cure the problem. The trouble has returned. I will include info from both sets of errors that I am receiving.

    First error signature was BCCODE: 19 bcp1:00041284 bcp2:0329001 bcp3: 000017d0 bcp4:C0883000. OSVER :5_12600 SP:03 Product 256_1.

    Second error signature is BCCCode : 1000008e BCP1 c000005 BCP2 804F184F BCP3 A8AB4AB4 BCP4 0000000 OSVER :5_12600 SP:03 Product 256_1.

Error report contents are located as follows

    C:\DOCUME~1\Steven\LOCALS~1\WERa4fb.dir00\Mini072909-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\Steven\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERa4fb.dir00\susdata.xml

I am not at this time able to locate the error reports above to send to you. If they are needed I will need some help locating them. I have tried to search for them but to no avail.

    Thanks in advance.
