XP 'Start' menu

    How can I change the color of 'pure white' (All Programs', etc) on the Start menu? I'm new to XP but have managed to customize other things with no problem....

    It isn't a user tweakable function as far as I'm aware.
    Maybe soneones "hacked" the registry though?
