xp server 2003 mind melt

OK easy questions,

1. what is the name of download for XP that gives you access to server 2003 things like AD iis etc

2. There is a way to have multiple remote desktops opened on one machine in a mmc like enviorment where you just click onone and it opens, how do i do this... i can not remember how i did it last time..

I think what he was referring to was the Server 2K3 Admin Tools Pack. You can download it here. If you are already onsite, it's make more sense than RDC.
