XP & Roaming profile problem

Hello,
Users on my Windows 2000 Network enjoy the blue theme with XP. (We have 5 XP clients).
Thing is, we also have Windows 2000 Professional workstations, with roaming profiles.
I want to keep the roaming profiles available; but how do you have the blue theme with XP set with roaming profiles available? At this time, once the users have set the blue theme on XP, log off and log on a 2000 workstation; 2K attempts to set the XP theme, but fails miserably, and it results in a rather messy interface.
Is there anyway of making the two themes co-exist with roaming profiles or not? IE can I set it so users always get the XP theme on the XP machine and set it so they always get the normal 2K theme on the 2k machines?
