MCoatney - Welcome to the Board :)

Does this link help - compatible with XP ....

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...15-c8f4-47ef-a1e4-a8dcbacff8e3&displaylang=en

and a quote from Help & Support ....

    " Administration Tools

From a computer running Windows XP Professional, you can manage any server running Windows 2000 Professional by using Remote Desktop.

Do not use Windows 2000 Administration Tools (which is included on the Windows 2000 Server CD-ROM as a single MMC console) on computers running Windows XP Professional. Windows 2000 Administration Tools should be removed from computers running Windows 2000 Professional before upgrading to Windows XP Professional. If Windows 2000 Administration Tools is detected during the upgrade from Windows 2000 Professional to Windows XP Professional, you will be advised to remove it before upgrading. "

First, I want to thank you for responding. You directed me right to what I said I needed.

However, Internet Services Manager is not there! Everything I have read says it should be right there in the Administrative Tools. Hmmm... The plot thickens

In the Control Panel >Taskbar & Start Menu> Start Menu > Advanced click "customize" and verify that "do not display Admin Tools" is not ticked.

Thanks to everyone responding, I have not yet found a solution. I think the package is just not installed. I don't know why this would be, when I go to the "Install optional Windows components" the only box not checked under IIS is FTP.

I get a huge list of Administration Tools now (thanks to you all) right where it should be, but none of them is what I need.
