    Hell everyone,
I hope someone can help me with this, it's about to drive me crazy.

Iy only happens while playing multi-player game on line. All of a sudden the game will freeze and I get this blue screen saying a serious error has occured and my comp was being shut down to avoid damage. After restarting my comp it will ask me if I want to send an error report, which Ii did. It referred me to this page:

I have tried to understand what to do but I'm just not sure, I don't want to do anything that will make it worse. If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful. If I need to supply any other info I will.
    Thanks

Looks like you found your own solution already. Have you followed the link you provided? Go to the Intel link and follow the prompts. Apparently, you have a known issue, and they have a fix. Post back and let us know if it works okay.

Johanna, Yes I was there, but I really didn't understand it. After trying again I figured out I needed to download a program to tell me exactly which chipset I had. I found one and dl it, and then dl the update. I just wanted to be sure of what I was doing. Hopefully this will fix my problem.
    Thanks for the response.
