    XP is p!ss!ng me off

Once in a while I keep getting system failures, just like the BSOD's. Just had another.

I wrote down the complicated little number off the screen this time because I took automatic restart off. It said:

    ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0x80000004, 0x804D9FC0, 0xF1C15280, 0x000000000)

When I restarted my computer afterwards its loading XP up taking about 5 minutes.

Usually as soon as I enter my password and it logs in everythings ready to use there and then.
It took FIVE freaking minutes.mad:

Message to Bill: You've got all that money mate, try making a decent operating system. Or is that to much to ask?

    Allright now!!!!

Red face, high blood pressure! No no no! Smile!

Don't let it it get you down!

Gently rub her, speak nice things, get her some flowers!

    OK! Smile!

    Have you tried anything?

    1 boot to safe mode
    2 Run Disk cleanup
3 mycomputer to c:\windows\prefetch, delete all here!
    4 run spybot and adaware
    5 reboot to full

if it is fixed or not and you don't have spybot or adaware get them run them and let us know something!

    OK Geordie good luck!
