I have 3 hard drives on this computer. I boot from a 4 GB IBM hard drive due to the fact that I can't install Windows XP on the other two hard drives on my computer. Since the IBM is my C drive I am short on space and don't know what to do. Each time I try to install on those hard drives it says the information on my CD's is corrupt. This statement is false as the OS has been installed from that CD to other computers. And even proved it by borrowing a windows 7 CD to find that it does the same thing. Any advice or further questions needed to be answered?

I would query the health of the CD-ROM drive - how is it with other CD's?
You are aware that you can only install and activate XP on one computer from one installation CD?

If you are using a pirated CD our help here will be limited to the drive issue, unless, of course you tell us otherwise.

I know that tid-bit of information. Its a genuine CD. I have used the same CD for all, just that the other computers don't have internet access like this one. So they have not been picked up by Microsoft for authentification. So this one should be able to install.

I suggest that you clone the existing system drive to one of your other drives, assuming they are larger. There are several free programs that can do that and render you a fully bootable drive.

I use XXclone for this type of job. The free version is all you would need. Read the help files and you should have no problems. It's very user friendly. If you hit a snag, post back and I'll help you along.

I have also used DriveImageXML with good results.
