   On start up XP checked file type on my new 200gb external drive, and did something which now shows it as an unformatted drive. It was formatted as FAT 32 in one 200gb partition, I also use it on a mac os9.
   It has 110 gb of current work on it, can i re find the links without reformatting it?

   Try using the drive on a different comp such as a win98 system to backup the data.
