I have a program (PrintMaster 11 Gold, Borderbund) that includes compatibility with Windows XP (Administrator). This means? Thanks

I am not sure exactly what that means. What is the exact wording?
It could mean that an administrator must install the software, or that permissions to use the software can be assigned by the administrator to other users.

That suggests to me that an administrator needs to install the product. If you are the owner of the computer, you are probably an administrator. Look in Settings--> Control Panel--> User Accounts to see what type of account you have.
