XML Parser

    Does anyone know why the message You must have XML Parser Available seems to appear at odd intervals when using IE9.


    A number of colleagues have had this happen but it is something that I cannot replicate.

    Is it due to some rogue software or an incorrect computer configuration?


    I only ask because I had been under the impression that this parser was actually built into IE 9.

    There again, I could well be wrong!

    Could have something to do with JAVA or it could be MALWARE.
