I have a PIII 800Mhz, 128MB SDRAM, 30GB HDD, Windows ME, Nvidia video AGP 4X, HP1100XI Printer, Optiquest Q71 Monitor, GA-6VXC7-4X Motherboard, VIA Apollo Pro 133A Chipset, a Microtek Scanner (SCSI) and a Iomega 250 (SCSI)Removable Drive for Backup.
Since 09/26/2002 when I receive e-mail in Outlook Express (my Inbox setup is in Date Decending order), the Month shown is wrong...instead of 09/26/2002, for example, it shows it as 04/26/2002, (The Time and Day are correct). My Cmos and all Date/Time Properties are showing the correct Date & Time. Any Suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi irdreed

If you're running Windows ME and this just started happening yesterday, how about using one of your restore points and seeing if it makes a difference?

Thanks Daisy, But I already did that. I went back a week and have the same wrong month showing again. So this morning I sent a e-mail to a friend and his machine showed the e-mail I sent to him does have the correct month.

aleekat, Me too. I also thought email date/time stamp was done at the server. I have two Machines both hooked up to the same server, only my "Main" one is acting up.

    ALEEKAT, DAISY,
Problem solved. This is weird, I hope I can explain it; I have a temporary split setup with two servers, one handles Browser, e-mail the other handles my web site stuff. They're in transition where one outfit will take over the whole operation. Anyway one of my machine is on the old server, so therefore all E-MAIL dates are Normal, the Main one is on the new server and it seems they had a boo-boo, which they corrected, so now all my date stamps on the Main PC are correct. Thanks for the help.

    WHEW!!
