Whenever I right click a file or folder I get an error message; There was a problem starting C:\users\Bill\AppData\Local\Temp\sicmuam\strstvo\wow.dll A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed

Looking online half the results says wow.dll is a valid Windows file and the other half say it's a virus. I ran my anti-virus in safe mode and it didn't find anything. I also used disk cleanup. Still getting the message. Everything else seems fine.

In the location you mentioned it's definitely not a legit file.
sicmuam and strstvo folder names look suspicious as well.

I suggest you start new topic in our malware removal forum.
