Wot the "H" is "font.map"?

    Every time I reboot (often) I get "font.map" on the desktop.

    Is this summat as I should worry about? I never saw it before I had to re-load the OS a few months ago.

    AFIK it's not "doing" anything... I just wanna know where the "H" it came from and why I keep seeing it.

    (Move to appropriate forum as required...)

    Have you just tried deleting it? Or to be safe > rename it to font.old then restart
