worm/spybot.14.AI please help!!!!!!!

    HI
    please can some body help me.
    I ran a scan on my system with avg,
    and it found this : worm/spybot.14.AI
    in my c:\windows\system\ntsys32.exe
    or do i need to format my drive

    can any one help

    Welcome to the board! I can't find the exact phrase that you list, but here are a couple things to look at and try.

    Worm-Spybot thread
    W32.Spybot.Worm

    From what I saw, it looks like a worm that spreads through file-sharing programs. KaZaA is one listed. Does AVG delete the infected files for you? Take a look at the links and let us know if they help or not.
