Wordperfect 11 will not open under 1 user

Hello:
I have a Dell 2400 with XP that has 5 user names or accounts set up in it.
I can go into 4 of the user names and open Wordperfect 11 fine. But under 1 username, it will not open. It opens a box that reads: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library ", "Runtime error ", a Program file, and below that "abnormal program termination ".
I can open Wordperfect with another username and access it with the username that won't open it, but I would like to be able to open it with the 5th username. Any Ideas?

(I have re-installed wordperfect and XP recently, but it didn't work before that.)

 

Sounds like a user account that is corrupt. If so, it will continue to get worse and cause more and more problems.
