Okay, I don't know what I deleted that was needed for WordPad, but whenever I save a document it will not open from the save point. ??? I can however open it from wordpad. Whenever I double-click on my saved document (not from the open menu, under file in WordPad) it brings up an error message: "C:\My Cannot find this file. Please verify that the correct path and filename are given." If anyone is knowledgeable about what I may have deleted, please let me know. And if anyone could send me the file needed, I would be very appreciative. Jus

WOW! It amazes me how quick I can figure something out by browsing around this forum. I already fixed the problem, thanks to Welshjim! I still don't know whether or not I accidently deleted any important files for WordPad though. ??? Oh well. It opens now. Again, thanks to Welshjim! You rock!

MisterE--Good for you for searching around WindowsBBS. There is indeed a lot of info already in print in these forums.
Tell us what you did and if anybody sees any problems they will let you know. The main thing is that things are now working again! And if something works, don't fix it!!;)
P.S. Tell me what my suggestion was so I can take full credit for it (again).
