Wordpad copy and paste

Hi
For some reason I can no longer copy and paste from my browser (ie6) to wordpad. I can copy and paste from notepad to wordpad. Any ideas

Peculiar! Is it the right-click/paste funtionality which you have lost or the edit/paste functionality? Or both?

 

If using a customed security setting...
Have you checked your security tab in IE options and made sure you have enabled copy and paste function?

If not, try lowering your security setting. Although I'm not sure if this enables copy N paste??? Double check!

I have checked my security setting's, they are OK.
I can hilite, copy and paste into notepad from IE6 and then hilite, copy and paste from notepad to wordpad but not directly from IE6 to wordpad. I used to be able to do it though. so something seems to have changed. Thanks for your interest so far.

The problem I have is as described. Hilite (left click) copy (right click) and should be able to paste, as I can browser page to browser page, as I used to be able to Hilite (left click) copy (right click) and paste to Wordpad.

Highlight some text in IE and select COPY. Open Wordpad and click EDIT - PASTE. Does this work?
