Having problem with the Table of Contents in Word 2002.

My document consists of 19 serperate paragraphs. Each of the paragraphs stands by itself. In other words each paragraph was created as a seperate document.

Since this is a training manual I want to put a consolidated TOC (all 19 TOCs) at the front of the first paragraph. I do not want to place the seperate paragraphs into a single (master)document.

I have made a seperate TOC for each paragraph and consolidated them into one document. However, when I try to print this document instead of page numbers Word reports "Error! Bookmark not definded."

Does anyone know of a way to create a consolidated TOC that would retain the page numbers? Is there some setting I can change so that Word will not try to update the page number and the page number will print?
