Ok. I just finished wiritng a 15 page paper for school. However, since my printer is not working, I used the edit feature in Word to make notes for myself. I forgot that I have to e-mail a copy of the document to my professor as well as handing it in. If he goes to "Track Changes" and selects the options, won't he see the edits I made? It's not the end of the world, but I'd rather not have him see the inferior product. I even tried copying the text and pasting it into another document, but when I did that, the edits showed up in red by default and I had the same problem. Is there any way to clear this so no one can tell what edits I made? Also, if he copies and pastes the text, the red will be there too. Help please!

Open the document, go to Tools>Track Changes>Accept or Reject Changes and click on the Accept All button and "yes" when it asks if you want to accept them all without reviewing. When it's finished, click on Close. Now none of the changes you made will be visible.

If you want to keep the highlighted version, save the document in which all changes were accepted under a different name and send it out.
