word app keeps crashing,refusing to “print†pdfs

I tried to update word, using (o2ksr1a.exe) for office 2000 SR-1 patch for office

now that i'v updated to MS 2000 pro,but it refuses to update-still get errors,my word app keeps crashing,refusing to "print" pdfs when use adobe distiller ?

 

I don't know what to tell you. I have never had any problems using distiller from any of my applications.

Does adobe work with excel, or other non M$ programs like paintshop? If it doesn't work with those either then you know the problem lies with the adobe and not Word.
