Resolved Word 2007 and Envelope Printing on Epson XP-4100

I had to buy a new printer and got an XP-4100. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to configure Office Word 2007 to properly print an envelope. When I print the return address is missing and the recipient address is at the top-center of the envelope (#10). Can someone help me with the setup?

I probably print out maybe a couple of envelopes a month. Birthdays mostly. But it is nice to be able to do it without any problems.
