Windows Vista wmp 11 problem

    i purchased and downloaded a song from tesco.com.it did not work as i cant acquire user licence on my vasta computer with wmp11.however,on an xp computer with wmp 11 it did.any advice appreciated.

    Sometime I have the same problem with some of the files using media player. Try downloading irfranview and see if it will work. Unfortunately, some of the files that work well in media player do not work as well in irfanview, and vice versa
