I have a piece of equipment whose only internet access port is ethernet. No wireless, no USB.
I am installing the equipment at a facility but the nearest ethernet port is about 500m away. Running a cable is out of the question and, for other considerations, I cannot change the position of my piece of equipment.
WiFi exists on the premises. Is there a resource I can use to convert WiFi to Ethernet?

Just use a WiFi router and put it in Repeater mode.

I did not get the device I had in mind - Maybe I should design one. I settled for a wireless router with ethernet.
