Hi, I have a Windows XP Professional system, an HP 6730b laptop, Dynalink RTA1025W router. When I bring my computer home from work I want it to recognize my router automatically so I can connect to the internet. Currently I have to go to the icon and hit repair each time to make it connect. Any ideas???

Open your TCP/IP properties, select the Alternate Configuration tab and enter your home systems data (IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway and DNS servers).
