Wireless Modem Connections

    Hello Folks,

    I am wondering if anyone has ever come across any way of connecting a 56k modem to a phone line via a wireless link,

    ie, a device plugged into the phone line, and a wireless device plugged into the computers modem,

    exactley like a cordless phone, I want to connect my pc to the net, without having to run cables all over the place, or start ripping up floorboards etc,

    do you know any such device

    There are plenty of wireless access points on the market for LAN use, I don't know about for dial-up.
