Wireless driver incompatibility with operating system

    There is some compatibility issue of the operating system with wireless netwrk controller. The laptop that takes 2 minutes to start without wireless driver, fail to start in 1 hour with the driver.
    My laptop is Dell Precision M70 and the Network Controller causing the trouble is Broadcom 1470 MiniPC WLAN.
    I would appreciate if anybody can help me.

    The drivers for your Dell are here ....

    Drivers & Downloads for Dell Precision Mobile WorkStation M70

    I suggest you try an install of the appropriate wireless driver - yours may be corrupted.

    You don't say which OS you are running, but Vista and 7 are not supported, just XP and W2k.
