    Hi great helpers

I have a Dell laptop with win10 1st anniversary version. To connect to a wireless network, i need to use the trouble shoot to reset the wireless adapter (WA).

I use fix IP address in the WA's properties with disabling TPC v6. Could this be the caused?

In Control Panel ? Power Options > Advanced settings you can set what the wifi adapter does in varying states of power.

Hi FuzMic, My HP Notebook running W10 Home 64bit version 1703 OS. Build: 15063.138 wireless.
Go to > Control Panel > Network and Sharing > click on connections (your WiFi) > WiFi Status should open > click on Wireless Properties > is there a check/tick in the box connect automatically when the network is in range? Click on Security > is everything set correctly in there ?
