WinXP will not do a warm boot

    Hi, All. I have a WinXP SP 1 that will not restart itself from the "Shut down" menu. The screen goes black, the hard drive appears to quit spinning, but the power never shuts off. Only way to restart it to manually shut down and then reboot. Any ideas?
