    Hi All

After a long search I'm here with the hope that someone here will help me out.Im trying to establish a VPN connection between Home and Office. Both have a static IP. We are using a standard ADSL modem / Router provided by Airtel. I have made portforwading for Ports : 1723,47,50,51,500 and 42 (as refered in the internet). Now I'm able to establish the connections, but I can Ping other machines outside the VPN. i.e Server can Ping Client and CLIENT can ping SERVER. But SERVER cannot ping machines conencted to Client.

    This is our network configuration:

    Home Network:
    --------------
    Static IP : 122.165.69.x
Machine that accepts incomming connections : 192.168.1.5
    Subnet 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway : 192.168.1.1
Other machines on network uses IP : 192.168.1.6 to 192.168.1.10

    Office Network:
    ------------------
    Static IP : 122.165.69.x
Machine that DIALS VPN CONNECTION : 192.168.2.10
    Subnet 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway : 192.168.2.1
Other machines on network uses IP : 192.168.2.11 to 192.168.2.15

I tried removing the Use Defult gateway on Remote Network checkmark on Advanced TCP/IP properties tab of VPN connection.

Nothing seems to work. The other thing is if I use DHCP for VPN, I get the same IP address like 192.168.1.10 for both client and server.

I'm not an expert with VPN. Anyone please advice to solve this issue.

    Thanks in advance
    Arun
