Winxp Installation Error..

Im trying to install windows xp on my other computer,
when i boot the winxp cd, its booting fine but then it cant found eula.txt.
Later i tried to boot up with a startdisc and then the installation from the cd worked fine. Until, it crashed, it crashed while copy the files to C:\ and where it says which file it is copying is now cray, totally empty, And it wont continue. Then i did the same and copy the i386 folder to my D: drive. And tried to install from there. The same error.

I've tried this with 2 different copies of winxp pro.

If anyone knows whats wrong, please answer.

Hi Shajn,

If you have two HDDs, then fdisk the first (system) disk and delete and remake the partition, format it, and the install should proceed. If the disks ar partitions on one HDD, then all you can do is format c: and install. Only do this if you have all the drivers you need to reinstall after windows is running.
