    Hi guys,

    I have been getting this email bounce report when i am trying to send to novonordisk.com emails. Is this because of my server side or the recipient server side? Please do advise on what i should do to resolve this error. If it is the recipient server side error what should i tell them to do to resolve the issue.

    Thanks

    The bounced error message :=

    You can only give them the error as you receive it, the one I quoted above.
