    Using Outlook,Wins 2000. Unable to open JPEG PICS {attachments}?
    Please advise. Thanks for your time.:D

    Depends how how try to open it. If it won't open with double-click it might be that JPG files don't have a default viewer listed under File Types (in Windows Explorer /Tools). If not, you can create one. As a test, open Windows Imaging or Paint or any other graphics viewing program, click File /Open, navigate to your JPG file location, and see if it will open that way. Also, test with other JPG files, as the "attached" file might be corrupt.
