WinPC Defender Popups/Warnings

Hello,
This is my first post. Just today I started getting a rash of different popups that say "Firewall Warning ", "critical warning ", "update available" and probably some that I am missing here. When I turn my computer on there is a large screen that says "WinPC Defender" and it starts a computer scan. It is even listed in my 'programs' but it doesn't show in the control panel. It has the same type 'shield' as the windows firewall shield that came on the computer.

I subscribe to Norton 360 and I just ran a full scan and it didn't pick up anything. I googled "WinPC Defender virus" and a whole host of sites came up to remove it.

I normally do not get any popups at all and right now there are probably 12- all of this WinPC Defender. Can you help me with this.
