WinFax Pro - Word Mail Merge

    Hi

    I have a problem with WinFax Pro 10.02 on Windows XP SP1 and using MS Word 2002. ( I even tried Word 97 as it used to work for me under 98se - but I got the same problem)


    A send fax from Winfax works fine.
    A single fax from Word via the Winfax Printer works fine.

    BUT - a mail merge via Winfax appears to work - you can see windows printer status messages (print successful - file deleted) - but the winfax dialup never starts and no faxes are sent. They disappear without trace!!?? No error messages.

    This is not an upgrade situation - the XP installation took place from scratch.

    Any ideas welcome??

    New version of Winfax Pro

    After registering this problem with Symantec they replied to say that the problem is known and is 'probably' fixed by an upgrade to version 10.03. - yes - 10.03!

    You have to order this CD from Symantec Customer Services for your country and will have to pay postage.
