WinExplorer & IE errors

    When I try to open Windows Explorer I get this error message:
    EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module FTAPP.DLL at 0177:022145ff.

    When I try to open Internet Explorer I get a message suggesting that I send the error message to Microsoft. This one is sometimes hard to get out of without having to reboot.

    I suspect these problems are related. Everything else seems to work as well as it ever did.

    I don't see an obvious discussion of this problem here at WindowsBBS so I'm counting on SKS to help me sort this out.
