Unable to backup full. Partition D has 9.55gb but only 6.86mb free. Will backup partial then fail. Can this be fixed? How? Or should I just use external drive for full backup.

Hi and welcome to the BBS,

That drive is obviously full. I expect it is the drive set up by system manufacturer for "recovery" (restoring Windows).

I expect you will find your answer here
    Back-up-and-restore-frequently-asked-questions

It is unwise to save a system backup to the same HDD, so you should look at getting an external HDD.
