Whenever I start up my computer, it gets to the Windows XP loading screen, but after it finishes it reboots without ever getting into Windows. I tried starting in safe mode and by using the last good config but it still restarts. When I tell it to not restart after failing to load it gives me the message, "The image iertutil.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum."
    Please help.

That is apparently a component of IE7 and belongs in your system32 folder. Lots of Google hits from others but I didn't see any that were unbootable.

You can download that dll from a number of free sources but getting it placed is the challenge. Perhaps try using the Recovery Console.

Since you're unbootable, if the RC method fails, you may have to do a repair install at the very least. It would be nice if you had a backup image or other system backup.

If you somehow luck out and get it booted, uninstall IE7 and it will roll back to IE6.
