windows xp service pack does not install

    Dear sir
    today I downloaded the windows service pack 1 but it gives message the product keys are invalid please contact service adminsistrator or ms pirarcy
    the product keys are FCKGW-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

    ANY SOLUTION FOR ABOVE PROBLEM IF SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME AND HOW TO PROCEED TO INSTALL THE SERVICE PACK1 I HAVE INSTALLED INETERNET EXPLOERE SERVICE PACK1 SUCCESSFULLY

    PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOLUTION FOR INSTALLING WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK1
