Have you tried booting into safe mode?

Now boots up to "Click on user name" screen with no Users presents.
No boot. No Start, no Run, etc. We never get past the first part of the boot process. Safe Mode, Last Known..., etc. all revert to the "To begin...." screen. I can't even get to the Recovery Console. It asks me for a password.

I mean I just had very short time to solve problem, it was a working computer. Sure, if I would have more time I have tried to restore the data; I lost mail database basically. What's unclear, does this was a virus or there was a system error.

Well, before it comes down to doing something as drastic again, perhaps bookmark the repair page I linked to, and give it a read. Always a viable option first.

There's really no way to know what caused it. Not enough info to go on. You may have been able to boot into safe mode and checked if maybe a driver had lost it's settings. Again, just not enough info to go on to know.
