    Hi,
I'm having a hard time figuring out the "license management" tool on the Media Player 9 for XP. I believe my DRM system is corrupt and have tried the following article:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810422
However, I cannot find a folder named DRM anywhere on my PC...only a few .bak files.
Can anyone help? In the "old days" you could just clear the pwd file and start fresh, but I'm not real clear on wny my system has no DRM folder and how, if at all, I can establish a clean slate.

    Zilla

    Follow up....

If you read the microsoft article, it says there should be a DRM folder somewhere...well, I did a regedit and noticed that indeed, there is supposed to be a DRM folder at Documents and Settings/All Users.Windows/DRM
There isn't on my pc, even with hidden folders visible. When I try to add said folder, I get a "Cannot Creat Fodler - Folder already exists" Huh??!!
