Windows XP Media Center Software

    Hi..about to order a PC from Dell that installs with windows XP media center software. Never heard of it before. Dell said to install just XP couldn't handle the power of the PC - 4 gb ram - intell dual - quad core.. Can anyone tell me anything about this software. Also, would it be better to install Vista than this ....thanks for any info... Michelle
