Windows XP Home Fast Shutdown

    Hi,
    Does anyone know if there are any Freeware/Shareware Programs out there that will provide faster shutdowns for Windows XP Home Edition?

    Have you turned off all the Services you don't need? I went through them all using the guide on http://www.3dspotlight.com/tweaks/winxp_services/services-3.shtml , turning off the ones I didn't need. After that, shutdown went a LOT faster.

    It's a little tedious since there are a lot of services but I found the time spent well worth it.
